The other day, I dropped an entire bag of what I thought was weed, it was a shock when it turned out to be fake. I heard a loud “thud,” as it hit the ground, and then I noticed a strange scent that didn’t smell like weed. I picked it up to investigate, when suddenly it dawned on me, I had been duped! I couldn’t believe I had fallen for the old fake weed trick.
I quickly called up the guy who had sold me the stuff, but all I got was an automated voice message. It was obvious he had ditched me for good. My heart sank, and I couldn’t help but feel embarrassed and angry at the same time. I had just wasted a good chunk of my money on something that wasn’t even real.
Still, I was determined to not let this experience to ruin my mood. I told myself it was a valuable lesson learned and that I should just grateful that I didn’t buy an even more expensive strain of fake weed. Anyhow, I eventually managed to see the lighter side of the situation, finding it amusing that I even thought it was real weed in the first place.
But of course, I had to be more careful in the future since I could’ve easily been in a lot more trouble than swindled from money. If I had been caught with that stuff, the consequences would’ve been a lot worse.
Lesson learned: don’t let anyone scam you into buying fake weed. Know your dealer and research your sources, read reviews on the weed you’re buying and — most of all — take your time to make sure you’re getting the real deal.
As the saying goes, if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Quite lucky for me, I realized my mistake in time. Still I also realized that there will always be people who are willing and ready to take advantage of others, even with something as innocent as this. From now on I’d be much more careful when it comes to buying weed, that’s for sure.
I tried to look on the bright side of the situation, however. I told myself that at least I figured the fact that my weed was fake before trying it out! Nobody wants to be that “friend” who unknowingly smokes fake weed, right?
So, I thought back on it as just another unlucky experience. I mean, I can always look back fondly on the funny story about my fake weed experience and laugh. In any case, I brushed it off and quickly moved on, vowing to never make the mistake of buying fake weed ever again.
I guess I could say I got off easy this time; I was swindled out of my money, but at least I didn’t find myself in any real harm. Besides, I could hardly wait to share the story with my friends and get a good chuckle out of it. All in all, I was lucky that things didn’t turn out so bad.
Now, I was even more vigilant and careful about buying weed, thoroughly checking out my sources and doing more research beforehand. I’ve heard stories on the news about people in deeper trouble than me, so I was relieved I hadn’t been in dire straits.
I had taken all of the necessary precaution when it came to buying weed. From now on, I’d only buy weed from trusted sources. Plus, when it comes to buying weed, nothing beats word of mouth. And finally, this experience taught me to be less trusting and more discerning.
